Sweet Protection was born and raised in Norway while River Kayaking, fast forward 30 odd years and they are one of the safest helmet companies in the world. From the Ground Up has some risk involved, but we know Sweet has our back.
Sweet Protection has proudly been with From the Ground Up since its inception in 2021 as well as supported Alexey throughout his entire gravel racing career!

This was our second year with Victory Bicycle Studio and wow was it special. Why did we choose a bike shop? We chose a local Memphis bike shop as our bike partner, because we believe this is the best way to help new riders pick the best bike for them.
Victory Bicycle Studio has supported Alexey countless times throughout his career and is now excited to support FTGU + YOU!

Training Software

TrainingPeaks holds this whole project together. Throughout the past 5 years we have consistently used TP to interface between our coaches and our athletes behind the scenes, but this year we are taking it a step further as TP launched TrainingPeaks Virtual to help riders battle the time crunch and the weather!
Organization in sport is as important as it is at work, so why don’t we act like it? Whether you are taking on your first 5k or headed to Leadville, TrainingPeaks should be with you for the journey!
Boundless Coaching

Structured training is nothing without humans that care. Boundless provides individual coaches for each athlete that fits the human inside. Whether creating a training plan or being a shoulder to cry on, Boundless is one of the biggest reasons we are ready for race day!

This year our riders will be using a mix of bars, gels and mix to get through the Leadville 100 course!

Shimano’s goal is to promote health and happiness through the enjoyment of nature and the world around us. Shimano has been around for 101 years and knows exactly what is needed to make components.
Our riders use Shimano XT with some extra power added via the 4piston brakes.
Road iD

Road iD saves lives, don’t believe us? Go read some of the stories on their website. As FTGU has grown as an entrance point into the world of cycling, we have seen it as our duty to help riders stay safe. Riding with cars no matter how safe we try to be can be dangerous. Sometimes the smallest thing, like a bracelet with your information, can make the largest difference - Road iD speaks up for you when you can’t speak.
Bike Trainers and Computers

Wahoo is a company built on community. Wahoo has been a part of FTGU since its inception and will continue to support riders with Roam head units to lead the way and indoor training setups for when the days are too short!
